70% of Poles do not regret changing office jobs
Studies by OLX Praca and Business Growth Review show that 70% of office workers view changing jobs positively. Key benefits include better workplace atmosphere (54%) and higher pay (45%). Financial reasons are the main driver (74%), followed by job stability (43%) and flexibility (32%).
However, poor management is a major factor in turnover. One third of employees left due to a bad boss, and 62% have either left or considered it. Common complaints include lack of respect (47%), favoritism, poor communication, and micromanagement.
Although 44% plan to change jobs within a year, only 12% actively search, mainly due to fears about stability.
