On October 16-18, 2019 at the International Congress Center in Katowice, will take place the largest and the most important event for small and medium entrepreneurs not only from Poland and Europe but also from around the world.

For eight years the event is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice. Every year the event became bigger platform for dialogue, exchange of knowledge and views as well as experience between representatives of the business, science and local government. Building the platform for exchange is the idea of the Congress. The foundation of Congress actions is slogan: Science - Business - Self- -government - TOGETHER FOR ECONOMY which guide us every year. The main goal of the Congress is to show importance of small and medium sized enterprises for Polish economy and help them in innovations development and foreign expansion. 

During the three days of the Congress, Katowice will become the heart of entrepreneurship. Program of the 9 edition is very rich and incudes the well-known speakers. The phrase SMART-SAFE-SOLUTIONS which is the main slogan of this year event and refers to the current trends. We will answer the question: „Which smart, secure and innovation solutions for SME sector can provide them stable growth and which technologies will have significant role in the European and World economy?”

The European Congress of Small and Medium-Size Enterprises will be completed by the Business Expo Fair, which is a unique exhibition space combined with a presentations, networking and expert zone.

The honorary patronage over the event was taken over by the Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, the Minister of Science and Higher Education Jarosław Gowin, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Jacek Czaputowicz, the Marshal of the Opolskie Voivodeship Andrzej Buła, the Minister of the Environment Henryk Kowalczyk, the SME Ombudsman's Office and the High Patronage of the European Parliament.
