Adrian Zecha, a 93-year-old legend of luxury hospitality and founder of brands like Aman and Regent Hotels, is launching a new project: Azuma Farm Koiwai in Japan, opening on April 23, 2026.

The resort in Iwate blends traditional rural Japanese culture, nature, and “quiet luxury” — a concept Zecha pioneered. Built on a historic farm, it features only 24 villas, emphasizing privacy, craftsmanship, and local materials.

Zecha’s career spans decades of innovation in hospitality, redefining luxury as subtle, experience-driven, and sustainable. His latest project confirms he remains an active force shaping global high-end tourism.
