Accor plans to open more than a dozen additional hotels in Poland over the coming years, targeting major cities, coastal destinations, mountain regions and the Mazury lake district. The group also plans around 40 hotel openings across Central and Eastern Europe within two years. In Poland, growth will focus increasingly on premium and lifestyle brands, including new Mövenpick hotels in Świnoujście and Poznań and the country’s first Swissôtel, scheduled to open in Gdynia in early 2028.

Accor is also expanding through franchise agreements, which account for about 55% of its Polish portfolio and roughly 70% of new contracts. Renovations, rebranding and conversions of existing properties will support further growth.
