AI worries graduates
A survey for OLX Praca found that one in three younger specialists believes artificial intelligence could harm their career prospects. The concern is not only job replacement, but the disappearance of entry-level tasks that usually help graduates gain experience. The article notes that more than 340,000 students sat this year’s Polish school-leaving exams, while earlier OLX research suggested many planned to combine work and study. For employers, the finding points to a growing early-career challenge: junior hiring, training and task design may need to change as automation spreads.
