A new three-star hotel is planned inside the historic Modlin Fortress near Warsaw Modlin Airport. Grupa Konkret intends to convert part of the more than 2 km-long barracks — regarded as Europe’s longest building — into Hotel Airport Modlin. The first phase will include 123 rooms, with the property ultimately offering about 250 beds, along with a restaurant, lobby bar, recreation area, terrace, and conference facilities. The project also includes the restoration of the historic Cadet Gate as the hotel’s main lobby.

Although construction has been delayed by conservation requirements and the complexity of adapting the 150-year-old structure, the investor still plans to open the hotel by the end of 2027.
