Akamai stays at Kraków’s Vinci building
Akamai Technologies, a provider of content delivery network services, has recently renewed its lease agreement for 11,700 sqm at the Vinci office building in Kraków. Cresa Polska represented the tenant, which has been occupying space at the property since 2011, in the transaction. The Vinci building comprises a total of more than 20,200 sqm of leasable area across 12 floors. It is owned by NIM Poland, a joint venture of Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital.
