The Warsaw Stock Exchange has set October 12 as the day of the first listing of Allegro shares, the WSE informed in a resolution of the management board.
As many as 1.023 billion shares of Allegro.eu will be traded. The listing of the company's shares will start at 9.15 am.
On September 14, Allegro announced its intention to conduct a public offering and debut on the WSE.
Allegro's offer initially included a total of 216 million shares (including up to 15 percent of shares that will go to Morgan Stanley as a stabilizing option after the company's debut on the stock exchange). After the offer was raised, the total number of shares offered was 246,857.43, including the stabilization option.
A total of 9,342,771 shares were allocated to retail investors and a total of 236,238,624 shares (including additional allotment shares) to institutional investors.
The price in the public offering was set at PLN 43.
