Almost 30% of employees in Poland value alternative forms of employment

According to the report of the consulting company Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends, almost 60% of Polish employees consider solutions related to artificial intelligence and work automation as an important factor in the context of the future development of human capital. At the same time, less than half of the respondents are ready to implement this type of solution at home.

32% (globally 44%) of respondents in Poland believe that the concept of a responsible company 4.0 –i.e. one that cares about the environment and stakeholders, implements innovations and promotes cooperation, became more important in 2019 than a year ago. Even more, because 42% (56% globally) estimates that this trend will develop over the next three years.
