Approximately 63% of Polish respondents in a global survey conducted by Ipsos expressed a desire to purchase products that do not harm plants, animals, or contribute to climate change (62%).
The survey revealed that wars, conflicts, and terrorism are the greatest concerns for respondents, followed by the challenging economic situation and health-related issues. Climate change ranked fourth on the list.
Polish respondents showed particular concern about species extinction, deforestation, and its impact on droughts and floods. The survey indicated that consumers are making responsible purchasing decisions, with a majority preferring products that do not harm the environment.
The Forest Stewardship
Council (FSC) certification system was recognized by 50% of Polish
respondents, who showed a willingness to choose and recommend
FSC-certified products. The Ipsos survey involved 26,800 consumers in 33
countries, including 800 respondents from Poland.
