Hines, the international real estate firm, has signed a lease for a new tenant for the Ambassador Office Building. AECOM Polska, a premier provider of infrastructure solutions, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle, plans to move to its new office, which occupies the area of over 1,000 sqm on the first floor, already in September 2020. In the lease process AECOM was supported by Cushman & Wakefield, while Hines was advised by DPPA Legal.

“In times of the pandemic, it is difficult to acquire new tenants as some companies have postponed their plans to move to the new office. On the other hand, the epidemic situation has shown the importance of high-quality and safe office space, associated infrastructure and appropriate management standards, consisting of modern technological solutions, as well as efficient communication flow and partnership cooperation between the property manager and tenants. We try to ensure this in all office buildings from Hines portfolio. We are glad that another company has trusted us and decided to sign a long-term contract for leasing area in Ambassador Office Building,” Marta Wiewiórowska-Kudła, Hines leasing manager, said.
