Amendment on financial supervision returns to Public Finance Committee
A draft law amending the act on the supervision of the financial market has been sent to the parliamentary Public Finance Committee for the second time in a row.
The draft law would ensure the implementation of EU regulations and give more responsibility to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). The proposed changes are also supposed to ensure the proper functioning of the securitization market, increase its transparency and security for entities participating in securitization processes.
