Insurance company AXA has renewed its lease agreement for almost 13,000 sqm of office space at the Warsaw Trade Tower (WTT) building in the Polish capital. The company, which is the anchor tenant at the skyscraper, will stay at the property till 2030 with the transaction being one of the largest lease deals to have been signed in the Warsaw office property market this year. Located in the city’s Wola district, the Warsaw Trade Tower building offers over 45,000 sqm of GLA across its 42 stories. Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International brokered the agreement, representing AXA and Globalworth Poland, the owner of the tower, respectively.
