The Renaissance Building is a six-story office building, with approximately 4,600 square meters of office space and 600 square meters of retail space on the ground floor. A three-level underground car park provides 72 parking spaces. The property is situated in the very heart of Warsaw, in one of the most recognizable and prestigious locations in Śródmieście – on Plac Zbawiciela. The building’s history dates back to the early 20th century.

Originally known as the Pawłowicz Tenement, it was constructed between 1902 and 1903 as a mixed-use residential and commercial building in the Neo-Renaissance style, typical of Warsaw’s tenement architecture at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Following the destruction caused by the Second World War, the tenement house was rebuilt and, at the start of the 21st century, converted into an office block. In 2005, the refurbished building was put into use. The third story of the historic part of the tenement house was restored, and two additional stories with a modern, glazed structure were erected above it. Further renovation work and refurbishment of the façade took place in 2016.

Syrena Real Estate received legal support from the law firm Wolf Theiss, with financial and tax advice provided by Deloitte, and technical advice by Iliard and Reesco. The transaction was financed by Bank Pekao SA, which was represented by the law firm WKB Lawyers.

The acquisition of the Renaissance Building is part of Syrena Real Estate’s consistently implemented strategy, which focuses on modernizing and redefining existing buildings 

in Warsaw’s prime locations. Previously, the company successfully transformed the HOP building on Chmielna Street, with an area of nearly 14,000 sq m, and the Diuna complex in Mokotów, comprising approximately 46,000 sq m of space. In May 2025, Syrena Real Estate expanded its portfolio with another property – Zaułek Piękna, offering 8,800 square meters of space.
