Apsys is completing the PLN 141 mln revitalization of Gdańsk’s historic Hala Targowa, which will reopen this summer as a major food and entertainment destination. The 1896 market hall will feature 34 dining and retail outlets, including a delicatessen level, 17 international street-food concepts, full-service restaurants, and three bars. Two stages will host cultural events, while surrounding public spaces will include attractions, food trucks, and a produce market. The project combines historic preservation with modern technology, including multi-restaurant ordering, digital displays, and interactive exhibits. Apsys sees food-and-entertainment venues as an increasingly important tool for attracting visitors, building customer loyalty, and increasing the value of commercial properties as more Poles dine out and seek experience-focused urban spaces.
