Arche Group is launching a campaign to limit alcohol availability in its hotels, aligning with NoLo (no/low alcohol) trends and wellness tourism. From April, alcohol will disappear from bar displays, and two hotels in Łódź will stop serving it entirely once contracts expire. In others, it will only be available on request.

The move reflects declining alcohol consumption in Poland and shifting consumer preferences. CEO Władysław Grochowski emphasizes a focus on health, family-friendly environments, and social responsibility. Arche also plans incentives, such as discounts for alcohol-free events.

Experts note growing demand for alcohol-free options, especially among younger guests, with hotels increasingly replacing traditional bar-centered models with wellbeing-oriented experiences and services.
