Asseco Poland will replace Play in the WIG20 index after the trading session on November 26, WSE Benchmark announced in a statement. Grupa Kęty will join the WIG30 index.
After the trading session on November 26, the shares of Play will be deleted from the lists of WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIGtech, WIG, WIG-Poland, and WIG-telecommunications indices.
"The operation of deleting the shares of Play from the portfolios of the aforementioned indices results from their methodology, according to which companies whose number of free-float shares is less than 10 percent cannot participate in the indices," the release reads.
Lists of WIG20 and WIG20TR indices will be supplemented with a block of 55,869,000 shares of Asseco Poland, and WIG30 and WIG30TR will be supplemented with a block of 9,620,000 shares of Kęty.
In the mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices, Asseco Poland will be replaced by CI Games, and in the sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices, by All In! Games.
