Colliers International, a leading commercial real estate advisory firm, has taken over the management of the Astoria Premium Offices building, located in the heart of Warsaw.

Astoria Premium Offices is a 12-storey modern office building. It offers 19,500 sqm of leasable space and provides access to 86 underground parking spaces. The building has LEED certification at Platinum level.

The property is located at 2 Przeskok Street in Warsaw's Śródmieście district. It is an excellent location, accessibility-wise – the facility is only a 5 minutes' drive from the capital’s main railway station (PKP Warszawa Centralna), and less than 30 minutes from Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport (WAW).

“Astoria Premium Offices is the ninth property taken over by Colliers in management this year. Thus, within eight months, our portfolio has grown by almost 200,000 sqm of office space. Given the circumstances regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, this is an impressive result, and its achievement was possible thanks to the involvement of the entire Property Management team,” Agnieszka Krzekotowska, partner at Colliers International, director of the Property Management department, said.
