Largest commercial real estate owner in the Czech Republic, Berlin and Central and Eastern Europe, CPI Property Group (CPIPG), received the BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Very Good level for the Atrium Centrum office building belonging to the Group's portfolio.

CPIPG, in accordance with the chosen model of ownership management, in which one of the main operational goals is to constantly increase the value of owned properties – both at the level of the standard of office space offered and the comfort of tenants' work, consistently conducts activities aimed at obtaining "green" certificates in subsequent office buildings. As a result of the work, the Atrium Centrum building was awarded BREEAM In-Use on the Very Good level.

The BREEAM In-Use certificate awarded to Atrium Centrum relates to the condition and condition of the building - the Asset Performance category. BREEAM assessors distinguished the office building with the highest marks in the Transport and Materials categories. The ratings included the excellent location of the building and the accompanying transport facilities. In the immediate vicinity or a short walk from Atrium Centrum, there are numerous public transport stops, metro and railway stations. A spacious car park also contributes to the comfort of tenants. The structure of the building, with a glazed atrium and opening windows, provides constant access to daylight. The high level of finishing in the office building translates into comfort of work. Atrium Centrum was also awarded the maximum number of points in the Waste category for the recycling management system.
