Atrium Centrum once again gets BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Very Good level
The largest owner of commercial real estate in the Czech Republic, Berlin, and Central and Eastern Europe, CPI Property Group (CPIPG) has renewed the BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Very Good level for the Atrium Centrum office building belonging to the Group's portfolio.
Green certification of buildings is one of the main operational goals of CPIPG. Modernization activities are carried out all the time, aimed at maintaining the highest possible ecological level, also in older buildings. An example of an office building that has once again been awarded BREEAM In-Use with the Very Good level is Atrium Centrum.
“The renewal of the BREEAM In-Use certificate for Atrium Centrum proves that CPIPG attaches importance to ensuring high ecological standards also in the older office buildings in its portfolio. We will continue to improve all solutions influencing the functional and sustainable management of the office building, which will translate into an even greater sense of comfort and safety among our tenants,” Cezary Kopij, Technical Director, CPIPG Polska, emphasized.
