Hungarian investment company Shopper Park Plus has completed the acquisition of eight shopping centers in Poland from Ceetrus and Auchan. The portfolio was valued at more than €210 million (nearly PLN 900 million), making it one of the largest retail property transactions in Poland in recent years.

The properties, located in cities including Białystok, Częstochowa, Gliwice and Szczecin, offer about 208,000 sq m of gross leasable area and attract over 17 million visitors annually. The centers are about 96% leased, with tenants such as Rossmann, Pepco and Jysk. The deal supports Ceetrus’s strategy to focus on core assets, while Shopper Park Plus plans further retail property expansion in Central and Eastern Europe.
