Bain GBS gets new address at Aleja Szucha
Bain GBS (Bain & Company), an international strategic consulting company, moves its key operations support center to the Szucha Premium Office building in Warsaw. The new office, almost twice as large as the existing one, will occupy two floors and have a total area of over 2,000 sqm.
“We have been looking for an optimal location and a building that will harmonize with the culture of our corporation for a long time. We have high hopes for the new office, and we believe that Szucha Premium Offices will significantly strengthen our EVP (Employee Value Proposition), ensuring friendly working conditions for our current and future employees. The Szucha building also provides us with the possibility of effective use of space and potential development. When designing our new office, we definitely focus on mobility, openness and efficiency, to appreciate both team and individual work,” Patrycja Frankowska, Senior Manager at Bain GBS, said.
In the process of choosing a new location and renting an office Bain & Company was advised by CBRE.
“The process of finding the perfect space for Bain & Company took almost two years and found its happy ending in the building at Aleja Szucha. Expanding the lease area and upgrading the standard is not an obvious solution in a pandemic time," Michał Tyszkiewicz, Senior Consultant, Office Space Leasing, CBRE, added.
