Baltic Wave condo hotel gets under construction
Developer Baltic Wave has launched construction work on its eponymous condo hotel project in Kołobrzeg on the Baltic coast. The scheme is being built by contractors Soletanche Polska and Silvernix and is scheduled to be completed towards the end of 2021. The development will comprise 468 apartments, which will be managed by a professional operator. It will also offer a number of amenities, including swimming pools and a spa, as well as restaurant and conference areas.
