BGK sets up Vinci Da Gama to invest in Polish companies’ international expansion

State lender Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) and Vinci S.A. have formed a subsidiary called Vinci Da Gama (Da Gama ASI) whose purpose will be to invest, according to the Investment Policy and Investment Strategy, in foreign projects carried out by Polish enterprises.
BGK is the sole shareholder of Da Gama ASI, while Vinci S.A. is the general partner. The share capital of Da Gama ASI is PLN 4.5 million.
BGK is a state-owned development bank that initiates and implements programs aimed at Poland's economic growth, working with all development institutions such as PFR, KUKE, PAIH, PARP, and ARP. It finances strategic development projects, including major infrastructure investments, increases Poles' access to housing, and stimulates the entrepreneurship of Polish companies at home and abroad.
