BIG Bolesławiec fully leased before opening
BIG Poland’s Bolesławiec retail park is fully leased ahead of its planned opening at the end of the fourth quarter of 2026. The project, developed with Trei Real Estate Poland, will offer about 18,000 sqm of gross leasable area and 14 tenants, including Biedronka, Leroy Merlin, HalfPrice, dm, Rossmann, Media Expert and RTV EURO AGD.
Construction is at an advanced stage, with units being handed over for tenant fit-outs while external works continue. SPS Budownictwo is the general contractor. A new roundabout is also being built on National Road 94 to improve access and traffic flow. BIG Poland said Bolesławiec forms part of its wider regional expansion strategy, alongside projects in Piła, Olkusz and Konstantynów Łódzki. The company currently operates 13 retail parks in Poland totaling nearly 258,000 sqm of GLA. BIG Poland initially entered the Polish market in 2022.
