Big brands like Nike and Adidas depending on outlet malls
Outlets are becoming a core sales channel rather than simply a way to clear unsold inventory, according to Andrea Aburra, NEINVER’s head of leasing for Poland and Italy. Brands including Hugo Boss and adidas are investing in modernized stores, dedicated teams, and stronger customer experiences. NEINVER’s FACTORY centers work with tenants to analyze performance, expand successful stores, and tailor brand mixes to local demand. Nike will open an approximately 1,000 sqm store in Gliwice this fall. Sportswear, outdoor products, premium fashion, footwear, and accessories offer strong growth potential.
Aburra describes Poland as a dynamic outlet market, where shoppers increasingly expect attractive prices alongside quality, convenience, and service comparable to conventional stores.
