Big Cheese Studio expects to debut on the WSE later this year
Big Cheese Studio expects the first day of listing of shares on the main market of the WSE later this year, said President Łukasz Dębski. From the issue of shares, Big Cheese Studio intends to raise funds for the expansion of the team and the production of three original games, the release of which is planned by 2023.
On October 14 this year, the publication of a prospectus is planned.
"The public offering will start in the next few days. We plan to spend the capital raised in it on expanding the team and producing our three projects, which we plan to release by 2023. I mean 'B17 Squadron', 'Pizza Empire' and one unannounced title, about which we will be able to tell you more soon," Łukasz Dębski added.
Big Cheese Studio is a producer and publisher of video games from Łódź, operating since 2018. The studio's business model assumes creating games with an emphasis on combining simulation, economy, and action strategy. The studio's strategy assumes simultaneous work on 2-3 new products. PlayWay is the majority shareholder of Big Cheese Studio.
