The opening celebration will take place on Saturday, 29 August, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at 14 Żyrardowska Street. Visitors will be able to enjoy a live DJ and family barbecue, free popcorn, cotton candy and balloons, inflatables and a colouring zone for children, as well as a prize wheel, stilt walkers, a juggler and a dedicated family entertainment zone. The program will also include aerial acrobatics performances on silks and an aerial hoop, followed by a fire show. All attractions are free of charge.

The launch under the BIG brand comes just weeks after BIG Poland acquired the property and further strengthens the company’s presence in the Mazowieckie voivodeship. BIG Grodzisk Mazowiecki is BIG Poland’s second retail park in the region, alongside BIG Łubna, extending the company’s footprint into the western part of the Warsaw metropolitan area.

“Opening BIG Grodzisk Mazowiecki is another important step in strengthening our presence in the Mazowieckie voivodeship and the wider Warsaw metropolitan area. It is our second retail park in the region, alongside BIG Łubna, and expands our presence into the rapidly developing western part of Mazovia. Grodzisk Mazowiecki is a dynamic and growing market with strong long-term potential. At the same time, we want BIG Grodzisk Mazowiecki to become a place that is closely connected with the local community. The opening event is the beginning of a broader program of activities and events that we plan to develop for our customers here,” says Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland.

BIG Grodzisk Mazowiecki offers approximately 11,000 sqm of GLA and comprises 19 stores and service outlets. Its tenant mix includes Biedronka, Sinsay, New Yorker, JYSK, RTV Euro AGD, Rossmann, Pepco, Dealz, KiK, TEDi, Martes Sport, Maxi Zoo, Woolworth, Świat Książki and Kodano Optyk, as well as food and beverage operators. The fully leased retail park also provides 350 parking spaces. Located close to the centre of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, it benefits from convenient access to the city ring road, as well as the A2 motorway and the DK50 national road.

Grodzisk Mazowiecki is located approximately 30 km from central Warsaw and is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Mazowieckie voivodeship. The retail park serves a catchment area of more than 100,000 residents across Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Grodzisk County and neighboring municipalities.
