BIG Kielce strengthens position following rebranding

BIG Poland has completed the rebranding of BIG Kielce, opening a new stage in the development of one of the city’s established retail destinations. Nearly 10,000 visitors joined Saturday’s official launch, confirming the strong local position of the nearly 37,000 sqm GLA retail park and providing a solid foundation for its further development under the BIG brand.

The opening celebration on 22 August attracted residents of Kielce and the surrounding area with a full program of free family entertainment, including a DJ, family barbecue, children’s activities, a prize wheel, street performers, aerial acrobatics and a fire show.

Acquired by BIG Poland in April 2026, BIG Kielce is the company’s first investment in the Świętokrzyskie region. Located on Radomska Street, just a few minutes from Kielce city center, the retail park benefits from a proven location, strong accessibility, an established customer base and a broad retail offer.

“The launch of BIG Kielce marks an important milestone for us, not only because this is our first investment in the Świętokrzyskie region, but because it demonstrates how quickly we can bring the BIG approach to an established and successful retail destination. BIG Kielce already has a strong market position, an excellent location and a loyal customer base. I would like to thank all our customers who came to celebrate with us. Welcoming nearly 10,000 visitors during the opening event was a fantastic start and a strong confirmation of the potential of this location. Our focus now is on taking this asset to the next level by further strengthening its offer, working closely with our tenants and creating more reasons for customers to visit regularly. Our ambition is long term. We want BIG Kielce to continue growing as one of the leading retail destinations in the region and to create long-term value for our tenants, customers and partners,” says Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland.

BIG Kielce is home to a strong mix of national and international brands, including Auchan, OBI, MediaMarkt, Decathlon, Nexterio, Jula, JYSK, TEDi, VIVE Profit and Abra. The retail park also offers more than 1,000 surface-level parking spaces and convenient access both from central Kielce and from the main routes leading into the city.
