BIG Piła, a major new retail park, is being built on Wojska Polskiego Avenue in Piła, with opening planned for Q4 2026, probably in October. The regional shopping center will offer around 38,000 sqm of GLA and serve about 100,000 residents within a 30-minute drive. The complex will include an 18,700 sqm retail park with a modern grocery supermarket and around 45 stores, as well as an 8,000 sqm DIY store, a large Agata furniture showroom and parking for around 1,200 cars.

The project is expected to create more than 300 jobs and will include fashion, homeware, sports, electronics, drugstore, food, service, fitness and children’s play areas.
