The scheme, located on Batalionów Chłopskich Street near the Silesiana roundabout, will offer approximately 17,000 sqm GLA and around 30 stores. The development will also provide approximately 500 parking spaces for visitors. The retail park is under construction by Redkom Development and is scheduled to open in Q2 2026. The development is being delivered in line with modern retail park design standards and is currently undergoing BREEAM certification.
One of the project’s key advantages is its location. Large development plots in central areas of mid-sized cities are increasingly rare, which makes the opportunity to develop a modern retail park in the center of Dzierżoniów particularly rare. The project will create an important new retail destination for residents of the city and the surrounding region.
The project will feature a diversified tenant mix including fashion brands, home and lifestyle retailers, service operators and food and beverage outlets, such as Lidl, Half Price, Martes Sport, RTV Euro AGD, Reserved, Ochnik, Douglas, Pepco, Rossmann, New Yorker, WorldBox, CCC, Big Star, Sinsay, Apart, Diverse, Cropp, eobuwie, House and Dr Materac.
“We see strong potential in locations that give residents access to modern retail and well-known brands without the need to travel to large metropolitan areas. In Dzierżoniów we have secured a unique plot in the city center, which is increasingly rare today and allows us to develop a project with significant potential. Our goal is to provide residents with access to strong, recognisable brands, a high-quality retail offer and an active space that will remain vibrant throughout the year. Our retail parks are not only about shopping. They also include events; a rich calendar of marketing activities and initiatives tailored to the local community. I am confident that BIG Dzierżoniów will quickly become one of the most important places for shopping and socializing for residents of the city and surrounding areas. We would be happy to cooperate with Redkom Development on similar projects in the future,” says Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland.
