Consulting and engineering company Bilfinger Tebodin has leased more than 1,200 sqm of office space at the Business Garden Warsaw complex in the Polish capital and will move into its new premises in the spring of this year. JLL supported the tenant during the process of selecting the location and negotiating the lease agreement. The Business Garden Warsaw complex consists of seven buildings offering a total of 90,000 sqm of leasable area. It is LEED-certified at the “Platinum” level.
