Blue Cactus has been operating for 22 years in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. During that time the restaurant, offering Tex-Mex cuisine, hosted about 1.5 million guests. After a few years break the restaurant will reopen, this time in Wola, in a historic nineteenth-century building No. 19, which is part of Norblin’s Factory.

Inside the restaurant, there will be bar and chillout areas as well as an open kitchen with tables arranged around it. The interior design will be carried out by the IMR Architekci studio, also responsible for the previous Blue Cactus location. Thanks to the use of the re- and upcycling concept, the new Norblin Factory location will feature elements of the design from the previous location on Zajączkowska Street, such as handmade furniture and decorations.

The revitalization of the Norblin Factory is nearing completion. In the third quarter of 2021 it will be opened to visitors. On over 65 thousand. sqm. area 41 thousand. sqm. will be occupied by A+ class office space, and the remaining 24 thousand. sqm. will be filled with entertainment, cultural, gastronomic, service and commercial concepts.

Capital Park Group is the investor and originator of the revitalization of Fabryka Norblin. PRC Architekci studio is responsible for the architectural design. The general contractor is Warbud, with whom cooperate among others Soletanche Polska, Maat4 and TKT Engineering. Monument Service is responsible for the conservation of the monuments.
