Brown Brothers Harriman leases 13,300 sq m in Krakow
Kraków has recorded the largest office lease transaction on Poland’s regional markets in 2026. Brown Brothers Harriman, a global financial and investment services company, has leased 13,300 sq m of office space in Echo Investment’s WITA project, currently under construction in the city center. The deal confirms Kraków’s strong position as a major business services hub in Central and Eastern Europe. BBH will consolidate its Kraków teams in the new location, which is designed to meet modern workplace standards, including flexible space arrangements and user comfort. The WITA project offers strong access to public transport, city infrastructure and services.
The investment is scheduled for completion in 2027 and sends a strong signal about tenant activity in regional office markets.
