Developer Vastint Poland has secured LEED Platinum certificates for energy efficiency and environmental performance for five buildings of the Business Garden office complex in Poznań. Each of the buildings got 90 points during the certification process, ten more than is required to secure a LEED Platinum certificate, which is the third best result in the Polish market, said Michał Wojciechowski, a project manager at the company. The newly certified buildings were completed at the beginning of this year within the second phase of the Business Garden Poznań project. The entire complex consists of nine office buildings totaling 88,000 sqm of leasable space.
