Business Garden Warszawa filling up with tenants
Upfield Polska, a plant nutrition company, and Omron Electronics, a supplier of industrial automation technologies, medical equipment and electronic components, have moved into the Business Garden Warszawa complex in Warsaw, which is owned by Vastint Poland. The tenants have leased a total of 1,300 sqm of office space at the property, which is now almost 90 percent commercialized. Business Garden Warszawa consists of seven buildings totaling 90,000 sqm of GLA. Apart from offices, the complex includes hotel and conference areas.
