Carpathia Capital to debut on NewConnect on September 17
Venture capital/private equity fund Carpathia Capital will debut on the NewConnect market on Tuesday, September 17, the WSE said in a press release.
The information document stated that the goal of Carpathia Capital is to build, in a period of up to two years, a portfolio of several entities operating in Poland and other European Union markets that will be able to debut in the NewConnect alternative trading system.
After the first half of 2019, the company had a PLN 1.6 million EBIT and a PLN 1.3 million net profit. The issuer does not generate revenues from the sale of services and goods. At the end of 2018, the company’s investment portfolio value was PLN 6.2 million with funds available for investment valued at PLN 2.82 million.
Carpathia Capital has been listed on the AeRO alternative market, operated by the Bucharest Stock Exchange, since 2015.
