Spanish Azora Europa I Fund has finalized the selling of the Aquarius Business House office complex in Wrocław, which has been acquired by the international fund CBRE Global Investors. The seller was represented by CBRE, a consulting company, which is also responsible for building management.

Aquarius Business House is a modern office complex, offering over 25,000 sqm of top-class office space and 410 parking spaces. Key tenants include BNY Mellon, LuxMed, Siemens, City Space, and PwC. Thanks to the central location of the building, tenants can use many amenities and restaurants, and the neighboring Wrocław Shopping Center offers a wide range of shops and services.

“The sale of Aquarius is the culmination of the divestment process of the Azora Europa I portfolio. We have successfully closed the office fund and plan to buy further in Poland. Investing in regional markets we were one of the first and we want to remain ‘pioneers’, so today we are also considering new, less obvious types of real estate,” Anna Szelc, head of Azora in Poland, said.
