CBRE to commercialize Zielona Góra’s Zefam Park
CBRE has been appointed as the leasing agent for the Zefam Park mixed-use project, which investor AristoInvest Group is planning to develop in Zielona Góra in western Poland. The scheme will be located close to the existing Focus Mall Zielona Góra shopping center and will offer a total of approximately 30,000 sqm of usable space, including around 22,000 sqm of retail and service space and about 8,000 sqm of office areas. Construction work on the development is expected to launch later this year.
