CEDC grows in Warsaw’s Bobrowiecka 8 building
Vodka producer CEDC International has leased an additional 800 sqm of office space in the Bobrowiecka 8 building in Warsaw and will now occupy more than 4,200 sqm in the property with the transaction having been brokered by CBRE. Located in the Mokotów district of the Polish capital, Bobrowiecka 8 comprises 25,000 sqm of GLA and is currently 91% leased out. The building was designed by the JEMS Architekci studio and built by developer Spectra Development.
