Europa Centralna in Gliwice is preparing major changes to its retail offer as part of a wider redevelopment. New lease agreements have been signed with Biedronka and three Modivo Group brands: HalfPrice, CCC, and Worldbox. Together, the new tenants will occupy more than 6,500 sqm of retail space. HalfPrice will be the largest store in the redeveloped section, covering around 3,500 sqm, while CCC will take about 1,000 sqm and Worldbox around 750 sqm.

H&M and Rossmann are also expected to return to the complex, and talks are underway with further tenants. The rebuilt part of the retail park is scheduled to open at the end of 2026. The project is supported by €44 mln in financing obtained by Mitiska REIM from Bank Pekao. The modernization will include new façades, common areas, lighting, parking organization, traffic layout, greenery, and energy-saving solutions.
