Synektik CEO and founder Cezary Kozanecki sold a 7.2% stake in the medical technology company to three undisclosed investors for just over PLN 215 million. The shares were sold at PLN 350 each, a 1.6% discount to the previous closing price. Kozanecki said the sale was driven by personal financial needs and that he does not plan to sell additional shares. He remains CEO and the company’s largest shareholder, with a 16.8% stake. Synektik has continued to grow rapidly, with third-quarter 2025/26 revenue up 89% y/y to PLN 292.3 mln and net profit up 80%.

Its core business includes distribution and servicing of da Vinci surgical robots across several Central and Eastern European markets.
