CL Property building SBU warehouses in Wrocław
Developer CL Property is now working on its Citylink Wrocław Stadion warehouse and office project in Wrocław. The SBU (small business units) scheme will consist of a three-floor office building and a one-floor warehouse offering units sized from less than 500 sqm. The development will comprise over 10,000 sqm of space and is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of next year. Apart from Wrocław, CL Property is currently also active in the Łódź market.
