Coca-Cola leases Vastint space in Warsaw
Beverages producer Coca-Cola HBC Polska has leased over 5,500 sqm of office space in the Business Garden complex in Warsaw, which was developed by Vastint Poland. JLL advised the tenant during the process of selecting the location and negotiating the lease agreement. Warsaw’s Business Garden complex consists of nine buildings totaling more than 90,000 sqm. Apart from offices, the complex also includes retail, service and conference areas, as well as a hotel.
