Colliers International, a leading commercial real estate advisory firm, represented the Deichmann Group in the renegotiation of a lease agreement for 13,000 sqm of modern warehouse space in Prologis Park Wroclaw III and an expansion by an additional 7,000 sqm.
Prologis Park Wrocław III is one of the most modern distribution centers in Wrocław. Its location next to the city's ring road and the A4 highway, as well as its proximity to the airport, makes it an attractive distribution center for Poland and Europe. Solutions applied in the Park, such as smart metering system for remote media reading, ensure operational efficiency and savings.
