Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed IT solutions provider Comarch believes that its 20 years on the bourse were very beneficial for the company and encourages other large private companies to enter the WSE, CEO Janusz Filipiak said.
“We want to convey the message that the stock exchange is extremely important for Polish private enterprises. Unfortunately, they do not really want to go public. A lot of cool private companies are afraid of excessive regulation, but the stock exchange really helps companies,” Filipiak said.
Currently, Comarch’s own solutions account for over 90% of the company’s revenues, compared to 40% in 1999.
