Acteeum Group and Equilis Polska, the investors behind the Galeria Chełm shopping center project in Chełm in south-eastern Poland, have revealed that the scheme has already been more than 85 percent leased out. The development, which is being built by general contractor Karmar and will be the first major mall in the city, is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of next year. Galeria Chełm will accommodate 17,500 sqm of GLA and house 55 stores. Its tenants will include Lidl ,CCC, Smyk, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD and Reserved.
