A company from the STRABAG SE group has signed a conditional preliminary agreement to acquire 100% of shares in Olivia Star S.A., the owner of the Olivia Star office tower in Gdańsk. The agreed initial price for the shares is €29.5 million, while the total property value is estimated at €139–151 million.

The deal includes potential additional payments of up to €12 million between 2026 and 2032 and requires the buyer to repay outstanding bonds. Completion depends on meeting several conditions, including financing approvals, and is expected by July 2026.

Olivia Star, part of the Olivia Centre complex, is the tallest office building in Poland outside Warsaw.
