Construction of tallest building in Poznan to continue
Construction of AND2, Poznań’s tallest office tower, may soon resume after months of limited activity, according to Głos Wielkopolski. Andersia Property CEO Adam Trybusz said work could restart once a new contract with a contractor is signed. Negotiations are reportedly in their final stage, but the company has not yet announced a formal decision.
The investor says construction was never officially suspended, as the building permit remains valid and safety inspections continue. However, major construction work had effectively paused due to financial issues and conditions required by banks before releasing a loan of more than €55 mln.
AND2 is being built at Andersa Square, opposite Stary Browar, as the final stage of development in this part of central Poznań. The tower is 117.5 meters high, has 25 above-ground floors, and will offer around 40,000 sqm of office space plus service areas.
