Court declares bankruptcy of Idea Bank
The District Court in Warsaw has declared Idea Bank bankrupt, the bankruptcy trustee for the bank told PAP on Wednesday. The declared bankruptcy has no effect on the main part of the banking business and its customers that have been taken over by Bank Pekao.
The declared insolvency applies only to the part of Idea Bank’s business that has not been taken over in accordance with the decision to initiate an involuntary restructuring of 31 December 2020.
